09 Jun Grilled Moroccan Chicken
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoon minced garlic
3 teaspoons paprika
3 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Combine oil, onions, parsley, cilantro, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper in a plastic gallon bag.
- Squeeze bag till all ingredients are mixed together.
- Place chicken in bag and let marinate for an hour or more. I like to let it set overnight, it just soaks in all the spices.
- Grill chicken breasts 5-7 minutes (depending on breast size) on each side, or until done.
