Easy, fast and delicious. My fabulous Mother-In-Law Terri shared this soup recipe with me and it is now one of my favorites!
1 package of Uncle Ben’s Chicken & Wild Rice Mix
5 Cups of Water
1 8 oz. pkg of Frozen chopped broccoli
1 Medium Carrot, shredded
1 tsp dried, minced onion
2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
1 8 oz. package of Cream Cheese
Combine rice and content of seasoning & water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in carrots, broccoli and onion. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally stir in the soup and cream cheese. Heat until the cream cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
